Wild Dunes Resort provides diverse fitness options: bike rentals, a well-equipped fitness center, and scenic walking/running paths throughout the resort. Guests can enjoy both leisurely exploration and active workouts amidst the beautiful coastal environment.

Bike Rentals

Biking around Wild Dunes Resort and Isle of Palms, SC is a fantastic way to enjoy the great outdoors. The bike-friendly atmosphere of the island ensures a wonderful experience for riders of all ages and skill levels. Wild Dunes Resort bike rentals are available daily for Walk-Up Rental Only. Visit the Bike Shop located adjacent to the Tennis ProShop. Children's bike rentals are also available. Questions? Call 844.619.2960.

Fitness Center

Maintain your fitness routine at our well-equipped fitness center. Enjoy treadmills, strength training equipment, and more for a complete workout.

Our main Fitness Center is located on the second floor of the Sweetgrass Inn.

Hours: 7:00am – 9:00pm

Valid key card required for entry.

An additional small fitness center is located near the Port O’Call Condo buildings.
