Host A Tournament at Wild Dunes Resort

A successful golf tournament requires more than just selecting a great golf course. Your guests desire a first class experience throughout the entire day. Wild Dunes Resort offers a variety of pre & post golf venues, including our 10,000-square-foot Sweetgrass Pavilion, offering the sophistication and elegance of the Lowcountry to the relaxed comfort of our indoor/outdoor Palmetto Hall, and Fazio Room & Deck giving guests the feel of a true resort setting. These and many other options are available, on and off the course, to ensure your guests have a lasting and memorable experience.

Guidelines

  • Outing & Tournament pricing available to groups of 8 or more players.
  • Shotgun starts are available for groups of 80 players or more. Does not guarantee exclusive access to the course.
  • Tee times may be used for groups of less than 80 players.
  • Groups of 120 or more players have the right to exclusive use of a course.
  • Maximum number of players for any tournament is 144 on one course and 288 players for both courses.
  • All outing and tournament groups should anticipate, and will be blocked for, 5 hours of play.
  • All players will be called to their carts at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled event start time.
  • Groups of 72 or greater will receive:
  • One (1) Golf Package - Overnight accommodations and a round of golf for two people or 1 complimentary foursome. This is intended to be used as a prize or donation for the group.
  • One (1) Complimentary Resort accommodation to be used during event for volunteers or organizers.

  • Greens Fees, Driving Range, Practice Facilities and Shared Electric Cart
  • Contests and Tournament Management (Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Scoring, Rules Sheets)
  • Professional Bag Handling, Cart Signage and Placement of Sponsor Signs and Banners

Many golf tournaments are similar in nature and over the years we have perfected the delivery of services that make tournaments memorable. For your convenience we also offer inclusive package options. We are always responsive to your needs and would love to customize a golf package for your golf event.

Morning Tournament Package

  • Start time will be between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.
  • Continental Breakfast Served during Registration
  • Beverage Cart Service- Unlimited water, soda, sports drinks and domestic beer
  • BBQ Buffet or Deli Lunch Served in Banquet Space
  • Open Bar during Awards Reception – One Hour
  • Golf & Golf Tournament Services

Afternoon Tournament Package

  • Start time will be between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
  • Deli Buffet Lunch during Registration or Box Lunches on the Carts
  • Beverage Cart Service- Unlimited water, soda, sports drinks and domestic beer
  • Buffet Dinner Served in Banquet Space - two entrées
  • Open Bar during Awards Reception – One Hour
