Let your little ones discover the joy of movement, mindfulness, and calm in this playful and nurturing class designed just for children. Through imaginative yoga poses, fun games, breathing techniques, and gentle guided meditations, kids learn how to connect with their bodies, express themselves, and find moments of stillness. This class helps improve flexibility, focus, emotional regulation, and self-confidence—all while having a great time. Ideal for ages 5–12.
