• Check-in time is guaranteed by 4 PM 
• Check-out is at 10 AM 
• Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

• At the time of booking 50% of your rental charges are due and become non-refundable. 
• A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans based upon unit size and seasonality.
• Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card. 
• Major credit cards accepted, and payment will be processed securely via our booking platform.

• Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and remaining 50% is due at 30-day prearrival. All deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
• Must cancel 30 day prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty fee that equates to 100% of your rental charges.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and available during the booking process.

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees, starting at $350, will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation.

Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10pm-10am and Friday and Saturday from 11pm-10am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise.

Certain areas in the rental units are reserved for the exclusive use of the property Owner and will not be available for rental use. Guest agrees to indemnify the rental Owner and Wild Dunes Resort for any damages to the premises, including damage to furnishings and household items. Fees starting at $350 will be assessed if damages are incurred.
